At Valley Mill Farm & Flower LLC, we take great pride in the quality of our heirloom chrysanthemum rooted cuttings. Every order is carefully inspected and packed before shipment.
Arrival Guarantee We guarantee that your cuttings will arrive alive and in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, dead, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the affected plants and packaging. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Conditions for Refunds or Replacements
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery date.
- Photo documentation of the damaged or dead cuttings is required.
- Refunds or replacements are not issued for plant loss due to improper care after delivery.
- Presale/preorder items are subject to the same guarantee upon arrival.
Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Orders that have been successfully delivered and accepted in good condition are not eligible for refund.
